• Applications must be submitted to the Asset & Real Estate Department by March 7, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
• A security deposit of $2,250.00 and the first month’s rent of $2,250.00 are due before move-in, payable by cashier’s check or money order to the Tulalip Tribes.
• Applicants must not be delinquent on any debt to the Tribe.
• Income verification is required to qualify. Household gross monthly income must be at least $6,750.00.
• Non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 for approved pets only.
• Applicants must complete and pass a background check and UA screening.
• Please follow the instructions on the first page of the application, as incomplete applications cannot be processed.
• $53 application fee per adult. Application fees are subject to change.
• Attendance at the lottery drawing is not required, but all are welcome.
